Return Policies and Warranties

Our tools are guaranteed as long as they are properly used for which they were manufactured for.

We will replace any tool or refund the amount thereof, as long as the following procedures are followed:

 

  1. Notify customer service of the warranty claim.
  2. We will contact you or send you an email giving you instructions for the return.
  3. You must send the tool meeting the following requirements:

    - The return of the tool must be made within a maximum of 30 days from the date of shipment.

    - The tool will have to be sent in its original packaging.

    - The tool must be sent, noting on the outside of the package the claim number given by the customer service executive.

    - The tool must be accompanied by a copy of your electronic invoice.

    - The tool must be sent freight paid.

    - The tool must not be altered, marked or used.

    - Returns are not allowed on purchase orders for special manufactured tools.

    - SILSA USA, Inc. reserves the right to reject the return of tools for not complying with the aforementioned points.

    - We put great effort to ensure your tools are correctly packed, please inform us immediately if there is anything missing or damage.
